In order to protect and assure access to property held in common by TOP owners, and to ease frictions that may arise by living in a close community, there are a number of policies and rules that help to govern and control behavior at TOP. The principal source for the rules and policies is the TOP By-Laws, specifically Article X “Use Restrictions”. The various policies and rules enforced at TOP clarify or amplify the By-Laws provisions.
This section briefly summarizes the policies and rules at TOP. But ultimately the best way to ensure a smooth-running and pleasant community is through simple courtesy and consideration – by being a good neighbor towards your fellow TOP residents.
