| As a general rule, the homeowner is responsible for all maintenance and repairs inside the home, any exterior additions or alterations installed by current or previous homeowner, and the heat pump condenser unit located outside the home. The Association is responsible for repairs to and maintenance of the common elements – i.e., the grounds (including parking lots and pool), building exteriors and crawl spaces. But like any rule there are exceptions and clarifications, and these are listed below. | |
